Description: You connect with God in solitude, where you can focus, listen, and feel His presence. In nature, you experience His peace, hear His voice, and see His power, growing closer to Him.

Connecting with God in Nature (Movement)

Leader: Capt. Jeremy Baker

Location: Meet outside Meadow Vista Hall

Description: You vibe with God through movement. Whether you’re running, walking, dancing, or just shifting around, it helps you block out distractions and really focus on Him. When you’re moving, you hear God’s voice and follow His lead. It’s like faith and freedom combine, bringing you closer to God in a way that feels real and intimate.

Connecting with God through Expression

Leader: Capt. Mysti Birks & Capt. Kristy Church

Location: Craft House / Canteen

Description: You connect with God through creativity. Whether it’s art, crafting, or writing, creating helps you hear God, feel closer to Him, and receive new ideas and healing. It’s a way to reflect His image and have a deeper connection with Him.

Connecting with God through Journaling

Leader: Lt. Emily Reed

Location: Craft House/Canteen

Description: Journaling helps you connect with God by allowing you to express your thoughts, prayers, and emotions. It’s a way to reflect on His Word, listen to His voice, and track how He’s moving in your life.

Connecting with God through Conversation

Leader: Capt. Dusty Rowe

Location: Dining Hall

Description: You connect with God through conversations with others by sharing faith, praying together, and learning from each other’s experiences. It deepens your understanding and helps you feel God’s presence in community.

Connecting with God Through Service

Leader: Cadet Zechariah Guess

Location: Dining Hall

Description: You can connect with God through service by helping others and showing His love in action. Serving allows you to reflect God’s heart, be a vessel for His kindness, and grow closer to Him as you live out His teachings. It deepens your relationship with God by making you more like Him and bringing His light to those around you.

Connecting with God through Praise & Worship

Leader: Capt. Jennifer Bearchell

Location: Chapel

Description: You connect with God through worship—whether it's singing, playing music, or just taking a moment to tell Him you love Him. It helps you grow closer to Him, hear what He’s saying, and really feel His presence.

Connecting with God through Learning

Leader: Capt. Harryette O'Brien

Location: Meadow Vista Hall

Description: You connect with God by learning and diving deep into His truth. You don’t settle for simple answers but seek real understanding. You need to know what you believe and why, because truth sets you free. You feel closest to God when He reveals things to you.
