The Southwest Youth Department offers support to all youth programs to corps across Arizona, New Mexico, and Southern Nevada.

The Bearchell’s are currently serving as the Southwest Divisional Youth and Candidates Secretaries. They have served in Los Angeles, Italy and most recently, Las Vegas. They have a heart to see people come to Jesus and unite in community. They have 3 children, Beckham 15, Capri 13, and Luci 8.
